Doomriders, r'n'r from hell

a me invece annaoia abbastanza, salvo alcuni pezzi tendo allo sbadiglio e finisco per fermare il disco. peccato perchè il debuto era proprio fico secondo me, in questo secondo lavoro secondo me hanno abusato troppo col numero dei pezzi, 17 sono tantissimi, manco suonassero grind, troppo simili l'uno all'altro. peccato veramente, dal vivo comunque restano sempre molto divertenti!

lo stò riascoltando in questi giorni "Darkness Come Alive", concordo che il numero dei pezzi è un pò elevato ma mi piace un sacco questo disco.

Doomriders has announced the departure of drummer (and Cave In member) JR Conners.

According to the group, "A family, a career, and two bands is a lot to juggle so though we are sad to see him go, we also wish him all the best. We love you JR!"

Converge/Acid Tiger drummer Ben Koller will be filling in for the time being, including the band's September 6th show, which will find them opening for Sleep at the Brooklyn Masonic Lodge.

Doomriders have apparently found a replacement for departed drummer JR Conners (Cave In), who left the group this summer. The band recently issued the following:

"We are proud and excited to announce that we have filled the drum throne with none other than our good friend Q. Some of you may know him from his kick ass drumming in the great but now defunct Clouds. He's a perfect fit and we couldn't be more happy! Come see his first show with us February 5th at Ralph's in Worcester!"
